When it comes to my heists, I always plan them out to the tiniest detail. This one was no different. I’d steal the artifacts, collect my payment and then find a nice private beach to relax. Just when I think the job might be going too smoothly, then everything goes out of control. Cursed amulets, dragon spirits, mercenaries, demons, vampires, werewolves, and a prophesy to destroy the world.
I just wanted to make a buck and get on with my life, but destiny seems to have something else in mind. With all the twists and turns comes a new partner, a new lover and a future better than I’d ever expected.
